For assessing the right day for farmers out of 365 days, he is doing some research and finally he wants this declaration to come from former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda.

A pretty good thought indeed of Padmanabhan. This ‘Koogu’ in the direction of Ranganath is an attempt to stop suicide of farmers. The concept is derived in such a way. Sosale Gangadhar has penned lyrics for all the five songs – Ond Ki Tindi…E Manada, Halli Chanda, Nodu Kadalinappide…E Maanava songs. Ajay Warier, AT Ravish, K Parmanabhan, Neethu Subramanya and Shashank Sheshagiri have lent voice for the songs.

Datta is protagonist of this film come before camera with initial training. He has two songs and two fights. The film revolves around software professional that is played by him, a journalist and a farmer. A politician is shown as villain in this film.

In her second film Varsha from Shivamogga is in a journalist role. She has also acted in ‘Kannanchina Yee Notadalli’. At the initial days she was not able to cope up with the subject of the film.

Director Ranganath. R says it is nothing to do with unfinished project of veteran director KV Raju ‘Koogu’. This ‘Koogu’ is roar of a farmer. I have made a trailer of this film to get producer but after doing rounds it finally came to Padmanabhan he pointed.
