'Komban' headed for Pongal

With Shankar's 'I' starring Vikram and Amy Jackson and Gautham Menon's 'Yennai Arindhaal' starring Ajith, Trisha and Anushka already set for the Pongal season, there seemed to be no room for any more movies. However, things have gone one step ahead as Karthi's mass rural entertainer 'Komban' has joined the Pongal race.
It has been announced that the Karthi-Lakshmi Menon starrer movie will be releasing for Pongal under the Studio Green banner with paper ads running from tomorrow. 'Komban' is being directed by 'Kutti Puli' fame M. Muthaiah and has Rajkiran, Kovai Sarala, Karunas and Thambi Ramaiah in supporting roles. G. V. Prakash Kumar is the music composer and Velraj is handling the cinematography.
