On the reported complaint by producer Shanker Gowda that actor Komal Kumar is not cooperating in the publicity of the film Goa`, actor cum producer Komal Kumar has hit back strongly.

It is nothing but publicity gimmick of producer Shanker Gowda and nothing else. I have taken part in all the media meet related to Goa` and his complaint to Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce is meaningless.

Instead of going to media with a complaint producer Shanker Gowda should go with new additions made to original film in Tamil Goa` and claim publicity for it.

On the issue of coming to theatres on the day of release, Komal Kumar says he has not cultivated the practice of going to theatres for his own home production films. This would lead to inconvenience he hits back.
