Tamil film industry is always known for maintaining close rapport with the State government no matter whoever its head is. Now that the AIADMK is in power, wishes are pouring in for J Jayalalithaa.

Today, the Tamil Film Producers Council issued an advertisement in leading morning newspapers, greeting Jayalalithaa for becoming the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for the third time.

Remember AIADMK loyalist S A Chandrasekar took over as TFPC chief Saturday night. The advertisement featured names of important office bearers of the Council, including that of the Vijay’s father.

Meanwhile, Kollywood personalities have been calling on DMDK president and former Nadigar Sangam president Vijayakanth for the past three days, after his party won 29 out of 41 seats it contested. Some of them include Cheran, Ameer, Perarasu and Vijayakumar.
