The wait is over. The official trailer of Nayanthara’s ‘Kolamavu Kokila’ has arrived and it seems a very interesting affair. We already knew from the early buzz that the actress would be essaying the role of a cocaine smuggler. But we have no other option to be taken aback by surprise by Nayan’s portrayal.

The trailer comes off as an amazing blend of comic seriousness. And something about the tone of visuals is glaringly pleasing which promises us an excellent visual treat. But the highlight of the trailer is how we get to see Nayanthara here. We’re reminded of her role in ‘Naanum Rowdy Thaan’- that composed, calm demeanour. Here too we see it. But it also looks like that she isn’t timid, but only calmy courageous. Might pan out to be a much more impressive characterisation in the film.

With Rajendran’s opening punch line to the very end, ‘Kolamavu Kokila’ trailer is gripping. Yogi Babu appears in a few shots guranteeing of what he’s gonna deliver in the feature. One of the other highlights is Jacqueline’s out-of-breath dialogue stretch which will definitely raise your anticipation to watch out for her performance in the movie.

Editor Nirmal has made the cuts for the movie while Sivakumar Vijayan has handled the cinematography. The music for the film has been composed by Anirudh and Nelson has called the shots as the director. ‘Kolamavu Kokila’ has been bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
