‘Kodthe’: Tamannaah looks glamorous, adept in ‘Ghani’ song

‘Kodthe’, sung by Harika Narayan and written by lyricist Ramjogayya Sastry, has been shot on Tamannaah Bhatia. On Thursday, the makers of ‘Ghani’ unveiled its video version.

Director Kiran Korrapati has conceived the song as a spirited one. The protagonist is joined by several junior dancers, who dance in the ring. The dance choreography is solid! “Composer Thaman deploys the use of Darbuka, tribe percussions, Afro vocal harmony, electric Arab violin, among others, to lend the song a distinct sound,” our review of ‘Kodthe’ recently said. 

Leading man Varun Tej is not seen in the song, which may indicate that his character’s intensity hasn’t been compromised for the sake of entertainment. 

The boxing-based drama is produced by Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby. Starring Saiee M Manjrekar as the heroine, the actioner also features Upendra and Suniel Shetty. With cinematography by George C Williams, its trailer was released recently.

‘Ghani’ will hit the screens on April 8.
