Indian opener KL Rahul has been having a rather indifferent series, as he has failed to impress with his batting performance in the ongoing Border Gavaskar trophy held at Australia. With consistent batting failures, the once-promising batsman has come under the radar, being criticized for his approach and footwork.

Despite failing to satisfy cricket fans and the selectors, KL Rahul, however, managed to impress the on-field umpire Ian Gould today, during the fourth test against Australia. As Rahul was fielding at mid-on, he made a stunning dive to take a low catch offered by Marcus Harris, which appeared to be a clean wicket in the outset.

However, Rahul was instant in informing that the ball had bounced before reaching his hands, and this sincere and honest approach and sportsmanship of KL Rahul was appreciated by on-field umpire Ian Gould, and Cricket Australia's official twitter handle shared the moment, calling his dive a good effort, and his honest revelation, a great stuff.
