Australia and Kolkata Knight Riders pacer Pat Cummins and his wife Becky Boston have been blessed with a baby boy and the cricketer has shared an adorable video documenting their journey of becoming parents and welcoming their newborn son, Albie Boston Cummins.
The couple welcomed their baby boy into the world on October 8. "Albie Boston Cummins. On Friday, Becky and I welcomed our gorgeous boy Albie into the world. We couldn't be more besotted," Pat Cummins captioned his post on social media. The Australian cricketer, who was part of the first leg of IPL 2021, did not return to the UAE to participate in the remainder of the tournament in order to stay back with his wife for the birth of their first child. New Zealand player Tim Southee was subsequently named as Cummins' replacement in KKR.
Following the first half of IPL this year, Pat Cummins had an emotional reunion with his wife Becky after finishing his quarantine and a video of the same was shared by Australian sports journalist Chloe-Amanda Bailey. "Video of the day! After eight weeks away for the IPL, Pat Cummins finally leaves hotel quarantine and reunites with his pregnant partner Becky. All the feels!" she wrote.
