A lot of films came banking on him but on the run he lost his crowd pulling charisma and remained off the tracks for long. K.K. Road is a film where we are going to see him back again in the lead.
Directed by debutant director K.K. Simon, in the banner of Sun Pictures, K.K. Road is a story based on contemporary issues scripted by Kaloor Dennis.
The basic story by C.K. Sasi, is all about four murder mysteries that occurred in Anamudy. As the investigation progresses, on the initiatives of a young social brigade. The officers on charge were amused to realize the hands of big politicians and governmental machinery behind the murders. Babu Antony plays the I.P.S. officer Devadas.G. Adiyodi, who is in charge of the investigation. The other high lights of this suspense thriller is the roles of chief minister and opposition leader of the film, played respectively, by the B.J.P leader C.K. Padmanaban and P.C. George M.L.A. The other casts in the film include Vijayaraghavan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Devan, Nishanth Sagar, Shammi Thilakan and Abu Salem.
The film is cinematographed by Venugopalan and the music is by S. P. Venkatesh. The film which is being completed in a schedule is to hit the theatres soon .
