When the producer and male lead of 'Kittu Unnadu Jagratha' stared at the "complex story" written by Srikanth Vissa, they zeroed in on Vamsi Krisha alone to handle it. Their expectations have been surpassed by the two-time director, as the film's successful BO performance shows.

"After 'Dongata', director Vamsi Krishna once again proved that he can handle complex scripts well with 'Kittu Unnadu Jagratha'. The film has turned out to be a big hit and the way the director has laced comedy, romance and thrill, is being appreciated," AK Entertainments has said in a statement.

A protege of Gautham Menon, Vamsi has got his lessons right. It was a conscious attempt to project the hero as a subtle performer in the movie.
