Kites to incur heavy losses to its distributors

Reliance Big Pictures who bought ÂKites at a mighty huge amount of 150 crore, the highest price paid to any Bollywood flick is likely to incur heavy losses from the film according to trade sources.
With the overseas market also not finding its required audience and shockingly the figures are less then HrithikÂs previous starrers; ÂKites has resulted as a major disappointment on the B.O.
The hype helped only on Friday showing figures of Rs. 10.4 cr. But from Saturday the drop was seen Rs. 8.6 cr. and from Monday the movie has fallen like a pack of cards. The opening weekend total till the filing of this report stands at Rs. 30.5 cr. nett.
The negative reports are not likely to bring in much audience and considering the exorbitant amount (150 cr) the movie has been sold, the question now is ÂKites is a flop but how big is yet to be seen.
Very sad indeedÂ
