Kita Kitalu
Comedy films have a special attraction, especially in summer. It is very difficult to say why. But that has been the case. In the event, Kita Kithalu releasing this month, has got the timing right. And comedy is all about timing, nah?
Kita Kithalu, from the stable of EVV Satynarayana, is a full-fledged romp. The basic plot may seem slightly kitschy --- a reedy, pencil-thin husband with a rotund matron. Though this may seem low brew, EVV assures it would be non-stop fun.
Allari Naresh, the man who a sense of natural around with him, is the hubby in question. He plays the role of Relagi Rajababu.
And Naresh, who recently had another comedy caper in Party, is very hopeful this movie hitting the bull's eye. In fact, he says that all through the film's shoot they were laughing more and acting less. 'This should be the most memorable of EVV's film,' he says.
Geetu Singh plays his wife while Madhu Shalini provides the glamour and the essential conflict in the story.
Naresh, who needs some momentum in his career, feels that the film would be a hit on the lines of Aa Okkati Adakku.
Interestingly, quite typical to a movie of this genre, the songs are all remixed and a pastiche of old hits. They are situational, the direct avers.
Kita Kitalu is the 45th film of EVV as director.
To get the comedy and humor right, six dialogue writers have been used and over 14 versions of the script made.
Naresh says almost every line has a joke.
The movie, hopefully, make everyone (connected with the movie) laugh all the way to the bank.
