Actors Nithya Menen and Jayam Ravi have been cast in the upcoming Tamil film, Kadhalikka Neramillai, directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi and produced by Red Giant Movies.

The project was announced with the unveiling of its first poster, showcasing the lead actors. The poster features Nithya and Ravi in an embrace, emphasizing their joined hands in the foreground. This marks the debut collaboration between Ravi and Nithya on screen. Fans particularly appreciated the equal prominence given to both actors in the poster, especially noting the decision to feature Nithya’s name before Ravi’s.

Jayam Ravi himself took an initiative to ensure that Nithya Menen's name was positioned first, acknowledging the equal significance of the lead heroine in the film. This was noticed by many but one user commented, “Great thing I noticed, that’s also a super happy note to see #NithyaMenen added in the Title along with JR. Usually only the Hero’s name is credited most of the time.. This is a superb gesture from Jayam Ravi & director Kiruthika. Great start.”

Alongside Menen and Ravi, the film will also star Yogi Babu, Vinay Rai, Lal, John Kokken, TJ Bhanu, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan, Vinodhini Vaidynathan, Mano, among others. The music for Kadhalikka Neramillai will be composed by AR Rahman, with cinematography handled by Gavemic Ary and Lawrence Kishore serving as the editor. As of now, an official release date for the film is yet to be disclosed.
