'Kick' screening in Pakistan disrupted by grenade attack

In an unfortunate incident, unidentified persons threw a hand grenade at a popular Pakistani cinema hall during the screening of Salman Khan`s latest flick 'Kick'. This act has injured two people and the police is investigating the motive behind the attack. The cinema halls have been running packed in Pakistan due to Salman Khan`s star power and the Eid holidays have also worked its magic...

Such incidents are not new in Pakistan... In the past few years, several such attacks on cinema halls have taken place.

For now, the Salman Khan-Jacqueline Fernandez starrer 'Kick' has been running successfully all over and the box office collections have broken several records. In Pakistan, it has been the biggest opener on its release day while in India the collections have crossed more than 160 crore rupees. Trade experts predict, Sajid Nadiadwala`s debut movie as a director might enter in the 200 crore club soon!
