Actress and producer Khushbu, who already runs the successful production house Avni Cinemax, has now launched a second banner-Avni Movies. While Avni Cinemax has backed several films directed by Sundar C., including the upcoming Mookuthi Amman 3 and Gangsters, her new company is set to explore fresh cinematic ventures.
The first project under Avni Movies is being produced in collaboration with Benz Media. The film’s pooja was held recently, featuring a cast that includes Santhosh, Reshma, Venkatesh, Vinoth Kishan, and Samyuktha Viswanathan. The film also marks the directorial debut of Ashwin Kandasamy.
Speaking about the project, Ashwin shared, “This will be a fantasy film infused with humor, romance, and inspiration. The story revolves around a character navigating two different realities, blending comedy with deep emotions. With a setting that shifts from rural to urban, it will present a fresh take on relationships in an unconventional way.”
With Avni Movies, Khushbu aims to bring unique and experimental stories to the forefront, adding another exciting chapter to her journey as a producer.
