'Khaidi No. 150' theme song touches hearts

The latest song installment 'Khaidi No. 150' is theme song-like number that mirrors the movie's subject. Rendered to a heart-rending effect by the super-talented Shankar Mahadevan, 'Neeru Neeru' is written by Ramajogayya Sastry.

The song won't be heard in its entirely in the movie. It's only meant to sensitize the cinema-going crowds about the plight of the farmers. Since Chiranjeevi plays a gutsy fighter crusading for the cause of the farmers, a song on their woes was expected.
