The world is filled with creeps and our own homeland is not an exception. A man belonging to Kerala has stooped so low to the level of coming up with a meticulous plan to take upskirt videos of unsuspecting women. 

In a recent incident, police personnel has hand-cuffed a man named Baiju who tried to take lewd photos of girls in the Kerala Kalolsavam which was held at Thrissur. Evidences point out that Baiju had slipped a camera mobile into the soles of his footwear and positioned the camera in such a way to capture his indecent images. 

He would either place the footwear among others and watch from a distance. He also had a backup device in case the battery ran out and also used a steel covering in case someone stepped on the mobile/footwear. However, the police noticing his shifty behaviour has nabbed him and put behind bars.
