Liquor Baron Vijay Mallya has allegedly defaulted thousands of crores of loan from various banks in India and he has left to London on March 2, the Union Government confirmed to the Judges of Supreme Court on Wednesday.

The controversy surrounding Mallya's alleged non-payment of loans has evoked raging debate across the country and it is the hot topic in media as well.

A popular magazine published from Kerala has published a cover story about the matter and it carries photograph of Vijay Mallya along with actress Sameera Readdy.

Sameera who has acted as the lead heroine in many Tamil. Telugu and Bollywood films has now settled down in wedding life. The actress is shocked to see her linked to the controversy and her photo appearing on a magazine cover for all wrong reasons.

She has now decided to take the legal recourse against the magazine. She has also demanded an unconditional apology from the publisher of the magazine for misusing her photograph and it should be carried in the next edition of the magazine.

Sameera has acted with Suriya in 'Varanam Aayiram', Thala Ajith in 'Asal' and with Madhavan in 'Vettai'.
