This is a case of biting ant getting a bite! ‘Kempirve’ (red biting ant) has got bite from the regional censor board. The new Kannada cinema from software professional Venkat Bharadwaj was bitten by censor. As a result the film got U/A certificate for screening.

Venkat Bharadwaj has shown the power of common man in this film that is tucked with a realtor subject. The concept for this story is real life happening in the case of Venkat Bharadwaj brother Lakshman Shivashanker – both are sons of veteran of Kannada cinema CV Shivashanker. The theme is similar to that of how an ant can disturb the huge elephant!

Venkat Bharadwaj of ‘ School Fees, A Day in the City and Bablushah’ has written screenplay and direction. Kishan composed music, Narendra Babu, Lakshman and Mahesh lyrics, Vishwas Avathi cinematography, Chandan editing are part of technical team of Amrutha Film Center film.

Rajakumar, Vivek, Anitha Naveen, Prashanth, Sanjeev are co producers. Two times national award winning actor for supporting roles Dattanna (HG Dattatreya) is in key role. Sayyaji Shinde, Umesh Banakar, Shreya, Raj Bahaddur, Roopa Hegde, Sunil are in the cast.

The film is slated for release in the second week of November.
