Producer’s clarification about ‘Iraivi’ release date

A few days back it was being said the director Karthik Subbaraj's third directorial 'Iraivi' will be hitting the screens on March 25, 2016. Now one of the producers of the film K.E.Gnanavelraja of Studio Green has rubbished this as a mere rumor stating that the release date is yet to be decided.

Gnanavelraja has said that the film is in its post-production stage and the release date will be finalized and officially announced soon.

Vijay Sethupathi's 'Sethupathi' is hitting the screens on February 19 and his 'Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum' will be hitting the screens on March 11. So sources confirm that 'Iraivi' which has the versatile actor as one of the leads will not release in the month of March and it will be released on a later date.

'Iraivi' stars Vijay Sethupathi, S.J.Suryah, Bobby Simha, Anjali, Kamalini Mukharjee and others. Musical score has been rendered by Santhosh Narayanan.
