After months of pre-production work, the shoot of Keerthy Suresh-Dulquer Salmaan starrer 'Mahanati' went on floors at a studio in Hyderabad on Monday. While audiences are eagerly waiting for the movie's updates, a picture from the shooting location has surfaced online.

In the picture, we can see the new look of Keerthy Suresh for the film. With a vintage hairstyle clad in a simple sari, Keerthy looks totally adorable in her new get up. The actress plays the role of yesteryear artiste Savithri in the film. 'Mahanati' revolves around Savithri's personal life and her acting career. The movie will also capture the tragic episodes in her life.

Mollywood's sensation Dulquer Salmaan will make his Telugu debut with the film by playing the role of the legendary Tamil actor Gemini Ganesan. Directed by Nag Ashwin, 'Mahanati' will feature Dulquer Salmaan playing the different phases of Ganesan, for which he will be sporting multiple looks.

Titled 'Mahanati' in Telugu and 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam' in Tamil, the movie also has Samantha, Vijay Devarakonda and Prakash Raj playing several prominent roles. Stay tuned!
