Keerthy Suresh unwittingly angers superstar's fans

Kollywood superstar Vijay’s upcoming flick with director AR Murugadoss is currently being shot. While Vijay is essaying the male lead, 'Mahanati' diva Keerthy Suresh is the female lead.
Recently, the untitled flick's makers released a still from a photoshoot. The pic featured the 'Agnyaathavaasi' actress as sitting on a sofa while Vijay is seated on the floor. Her foot is on Vijay’s foot and it's inadvertent.
This has angered Vijay's fans, who are finding it demeaning. While a section of fans is offended by this, others are pretty much cool about Vijay's simplicity.
The film they are doing’ has music by AR Rahman and the project is being bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
