Keerthy Suresh is all set to have her second and third releases of the year in May. After 'Good Luck Sakhi' in January, she is going to be seen in contrasting roles in 'Chinni' and 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'.

First, about the less-known film. 'Chinni', starring Keerthy in the role of a serial killer, is a revenge actioner set in rural Andhra Pradesh. Co-starring Selvaraghavan, the Amazon Prime Video original will be released on May 6. Its trailer was released on Tuesday. Arun Matheshwaran has directed the drama.

Then there is 'SVP', starring Mahesh Babu in the lead. If 'Chinni' has the 'Mahanati' actress in a deglam avatar where she is a widow, 'SVP' has her in a highly commercialized role where she admires her male lead's charms and heroism. Directed by Parasuram Petla, the action entertainer will hit the screens on May 12. Unlike 'Chinni', which is an OTT release, 'SVP' is a theatrical release. There are rumours that it might be released in Tamil as well simultaneously.
