Keerthy Suresh and Tovino Thomas starrer upcoming Malayalam movie ‘Vaashi’ started rolling on Wednesday. The movie went on floors with a customary switch on pooja ceremony at Trivandrum. Keerthy Suresh who is all excited about the upcoming movie, took to her social media handle to share a few pictures from the ceremony. “Here's a glimpse of my upcoming Malayalam project's pooja - Vaashi , a Revathy Kalamandirr Production. #Vaashi,” Keerthy Suresh wrote. Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas too shared his excitement about the project. “Kicking off Vaashi with high spirits and hopes Super pumped to join,” shared Tovino Thomas. The lead pair is expected to join the shoot soon.

Written and directed by Vishnu G Raghav, Vaashi marks Keerthy Suresh’s first association with the Mollywood hunk Tovino Thomas. Story is by Janiz Chacko Simon. Kailas Menon of 'Theevandi' fame is composing the music. Roby Varghese Raj will crank the lens and Mahesh Narayanan has roped in as the editor. The upcoming movie is jointly bankrolled by Urvashi Theatres and Remya Movies. More details regarding the project are yet to be disclosed.
