Keerthy Suresh, the National Award-winning actress, is coming up with the comedy-drama titled 'Raghu Thatha' next. Directed by Suman Kumar, it narrates the hilarious story of a rebellious young woman, Kayalvizhi, who is forced to choose between principle and patriarchy. The film is set for release on August 15th and the trailer debuted today.

The 2.5-minute trailer offers glimpses of Kayal's adventurous shenanigans in her small village. The trailer delivers an entertaining experience without revealing much about the main plot. The story is centred around an anti-Hindi imposition girl who is obliged to learn Hindi because of her situation. 'Raghu Thatha' is produced by Hombale Films who brought us 'KGF' and 'Kantara'.

'Raghu Thatha' features a talented cast including Keerthy Suresh, MS Bhaskar, Ravindra Vijay, Devadharshini, Jayakumar, and Rajeev Ravindranathan among others. The technical crew boasts Sean Roldan as the music composer, Yamini Yagnamurthy as the cinematographer, and TS Suresh as the editor.
