The talented and beautiful Keerthy Suresh had a happening 2018, as she had scored a big success with her act as yesteryear Superstar Savithri in the biopic Mahanati/ Nadigaiyar Thilagam and later went on to star in Saamy Square, Sandakozhi 2 and Sarkar.

The latest buzz making rounds is that Keerthy Suresh might be roped in to play the female lead in director Maniratnam's film adaptation of Ponniyin Selvan, which is expected to star a numerous talents like Amitabh Bachchan, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Chiyaan Vikram and many others and produced by Lyca Productions.

Though the official confirmation is yet to arrive on this speculation, Keerthy's career is going great guns, as the actress has recently started her twentieth movie, a Telugu flick and has been signed to star in two Bollywood movies, and will thus make her Bollywood debut this year.
