It's known that Narendra Modi is going to perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the Central Vista project, which involves the building of a new Parliament building, a common central secretariat, among others. K Chandrasekhar Rao has welcomed the project in a letter to the Prime Minister. KCR opined that the project is a necessity and a symbol of national pride.
"I join you with a sense of pride on the occasion of laying of the foundation stone for the grand project of Central Vista. This project was long overdue, as the existing government infrastructure in the national capital is inadequate and also associated with our colonial past," the Telangana CM opined.
He added that the Central Vista project will be a symbol of self-esteem. KCR stated that it will also be a symbol of prestige and resurgent, confident and strong India.
In another news, the TRS has started to vehemently oppose the Centre's agriculture laws. KT Rama Rao on Tuesday stated that his party will take the fight to Delhi. "The Bharat Bandh is just the beginning," he added.
