The caretaker Chief Minister of Telangana is seen losing cool in this video clip. This is the second time in a matter of a week that the TRS supremo has behaved in an arrogant way at a public rally.
Last week, at a rally, KCR shouted down some voters who asked him about the unfulfilled promise of 12 per cent reservation for Muslims. Baito... khamosh baito... Baara percent anta vaadu evado. Cheptha kada ra bhai... thondara enduku padtunnav! KCR said with visible irritation.
