KCR launches Dharani Portal, says registrations will open from November 2

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has launched the Dharani Portal. He was at the Shamirpet Mandal of Medchal-Malkajgiri district on Thursday, where he said that the booking of slots is now open. Land and property registrations will be open from November 2.
The CM said that the portal will be deemed as a model across the country.
Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao, taking to Twitter, said that the landmark integrated and record management system aims to bring in utmost transparency, zero down graft, promises simultaneous registration and mutation.

Online slot booking.
Totally secure system to prevent fraud.
Biometric authentication of buyer and seller.
Automatic calculation of stamp duty and registration fee.
No discretion or scope for corruption.
Registration offices increased from 141 to 712.
