Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been going ballistic against the BJP for the past few days. In an interesting development, the TRS supremo today called on BJP MP and former Union Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy in Delhi.
A pic of KCR greeting Swamy with a shawl has surfaced on the Internet. TRS' social media convenor, sharing the now-viral pic, said that Swamy is someone who calls a spade a spade.
Of late, Swamy has been highly critical of the BJP. There is a talk that he wants to abandon the Modi-Amit Shah party because he hasn't been given a Ministry both in the first term and now. In the past, Swamy raised the suspicion that he might get a nomination for Rajya Sabha from Shiv Sena or even the Trinamool Congress. But the latest development shows that he may be inclined to get one from the TRS. Recently, Prakash Raj started working for KCR's electoral pursuits. Interestingly, Raj and Swamy had a public duel during a TV debate in 2018.
