KB and Bharathirajaa in 'Rettaisuzhi'

The big news of the titans coming together has been officially confirmed by 'S' Pictures. For a movie titled 'Rettaisuzhi', debutant director Thamira is bringing together two veterans, who spelt a charm on the film-buffs with their movies - Bharathirajaa and K Balachander.

The movie went on to the floors in Thirunelveli with K Balachander presiding over the launch. The plot is about two families and a group of children.

For the first time, these two seasoned directors of Tamil cinema are coming together for the movie. Thamira had worked as KB's associate before and is now debuting as a director. He's all prepared to direct his mentor and Bharathirajaa.

Interestingly, Malayalam actors Srinivasan, Manobala, Ilavarasu, Karunaas are also in the cast. Karthikraja scores the music for 'Rettaisuzhi'. Film goers will have a new experience to see the filmmakers become actors on screen. Trivial news is KB has enacted cameos in his films and Bharathirajaa had done the same including a villainous role in Maniratnam's 'Aayutha Ezhuthu'
