Popular Kollywood actress Anandhi, fondly called Kayal Anandhi, got married to assistant director Socrates on Friday in Warangal. Eminent actor and producer JSK Satishkumar took to Twitter to share the happy news along with a few pictures. Sharing the pictures, JSK wrote, “Today at @anandhiactress & #socrates wedding wish couple happy married life with all prosperity @TSivaAmma @pjaijo @NaveenFilmmaker” (sic).

Going by the pictures, it looks like the couple had an intimate wedding with very few people in attendance. It has also been stated that no one has been invited from the film industry due to the coronavirus pandemic. Dressed in a red saree, Anandhi looked gorgeous in the traditional south Indian Hindu bride avatar and Socrates too is seen in the traditional avatar. The pictures from the wedding ceremony are already going viral on social media.

Anandhi who made her acting debut with a Telugu film, Bus Stop, in 2012, was nominated for Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize for her amazing performance in the Tamil movie, Kayal. In the recent past, the actress won critical acclaims for her performance in the Tamil movie Pariyerum Perumal.
