Kay Kay Menon shines as young Himmat Singh in Special Ops 1.5 trailer

Last year Disney+ Hotstar released the espionage thriller 'Special Ops' and it tunred out to be one of the best Hindi web shows. Kay Kay Menon was phenomenal in his role as a senior RAW official Himmat Singh and popularity of his character prompted makers to explore his character even further. The trailer of 'Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story' was released recently and it seems like it has surpassed its predecessor in terms of quality and stakes involved.

The upcoming season will explore Himmat Singh's formative years and will show the viewers how he became the man that they saw in season one. The trailer gives glimpse of a really suspenseful plot involving lots of action sequences. Kay Kay Menon looks convincing as his 20 year younger self but the CGI sometimes seems off putting.

Actors Parmeet Sethi, Kali Prasad Mukherjee, Abbas Sheikh and others reprise their characters from first while Aftab Shivdasani is a new addition to the cast. The show will start steaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 12th of November.
