Lohithadas's Ramzan 'Chakkarapottan' will have Dileep and Kavya Madhavan in lead roles.
Earlier Meera Jasmine was tipped to play the lead role. However she is busy with her commitments in Tamil and Telugu and the baton was passed to Kavya Madhavan.
The film produced under the banner of Seven Arts has script and screen play by Lohithadas.
Dileep's recent movie Chess featured him in an action-packed story. However it is expected that Chakkarapottan would be a melodrama with emotions.
