"Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban" is an upcoming movie directed by debutant RDM, and starring Suresh Ravi, Raveena Ravi, Mime Gopi, Super Good Subramani and Sharath Ravi. The movie is produced by BR Talkies corporation and White moon talkies, and the teaser of the movie has released now.

The teaser begins with the visuals of Suresh Ravi being stopped by a police officer played by Mime Gopi, asking to blow, to check if he has consumed alcohol. However, the lead wants the pipe to be changed. We are also shown that Suresh and Raveena are married, and the visuals cut to Suresh being made to wait in the police station, getting slapped by cops and tortured in the station.

The teaser ends with dialogues on how people in power have an upper hand over others, and the cop telling how social media has made people to speak against cops.

The movie is expected to be a hard-hitting one dealing with how some bad cops can impact lives of people and tarnish the image of the system. Sun Music VJ Suresh has made his debut as a hero, while Raveena Ravi plays the female lead after Oru Kidaiyin Karunai Manu. Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban has music by Adithya - Soorya and will be released by Libra Productions.
