We had earlier reported that mimicry artiste turned filmmaker Nadirshah will be making his Tamil debut with the remake of his latest hit Kattapanayile Rithwik Roshan. Now the latest that we hear is the film would be titled Ajith from Aruppukottai. Nadhirshah himself would be wielding the megaphone for the Tamil version too. According to reports, the upcoming movie's lead role will be played by a Vijay TV anchor. The other actors would most probably be from Tamil with some Malayali technicians roped in. An official announcement from the team is expected to be made soon.
Kattapanayile Rithwik Roshan (2016 release) is an out and out comedy entertainer which tells the story of an aspiring actor with the full support of his father, who too had dreamed of making big in the film industry. Sources say that Sathyraj will be essaying the role of Vishnu's father while Vadivelu will appear as the latter's friend. More details on the movie's cast an crew are yet to come. The film will kick start its shoot only by next year and the locations would also include Pollachi. As the Malayalam original was a blockbuster hit at the box-office, expectations from its Tamil remake are sky high!
