Grapevine is abuzz that Katrina Kaif, Bollywood’s top-notch actress will be paired opposite Superstar Rajinikanth in the latter’s forthcoming 3D film, ‘Kochadaiyaan’!

A lil’ birdie tells us that Katrina has been approached by the team of ‘Kochadaiyaan’ and she was overwhelmed, obviously, and decided to allot dates for this South biggie.

As per reports, Soundarya Rajinikanth who is wielding the megaphone for this project with KS Ravikumar’s assistance has expressed that the team has approached Katrina and she has given a nod, however, the leggy actress is yet to sign on the dotted lines for the project.

The film also has Sneha as Rajinikanth’s sister and Prithviraj in a pivotal role. Only a couple of days back Rajini was quoted saying he’s all set to kick start the shoot of this film.

An official announcement on the cast and crew of the film is expected to be made shortly.

The British gori Katrina, who is currently hogging limelight as Agneepath's "Chikni Chameli", would be keenly waited upon as next Superstar's gal, if all goes well...
