Couple weeks ago, actor Shahid Kapoor started filming for an action packed thriller flick directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The yet untitled project has made headlines again regarding the casting of its leading lady. It is being reported that actress Katrina Kaif has joined the project but there has been no official confirmation about the same.

Last month it was reported that actress Bhumi Pednekar has been offered the part of Shahid's wife. This implies that either Bhumi rejected the offer or Katrina has been roped in for another role in the movie. A source told Pinkvilla, "It’s all very hush-hush with Ali and his crew at the moment. While Shahid started shooting for the crime drama last week, this week Katrina’s body double was seen rehearsing with a South African crew at the Emirates. Full on gun firing.”

"Katrina Kaif’s duplicate and the film unit are rehearsing at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. It’s an action scene at a casino where a shootout takes place between mobsters, drug dealers and cops," the source added.

The film is supposed to be an adaptation of a French movie 'Nuit Blanche' and apparently it'll revolve around drugs and guns and there's supposed to be tonnes of action.
