Court's sensational order for Thalapathy Vijay in five year case

Thalapathy Vijay has been removed from a case that has been going on for the past five years and the Madurai bench of the Madras High Court passed the orders today. Anbu Rajasekhar the director of a short film 'Thaaga Bhoomi' filed the copyright violation case that the 2014 Blockbuster hit movie 'Kaththi' directed by A.R. Murugadoss was copied from it.

On a petition from Vijay and three others the High Court relieved him, Lyca Productions, cinematographer Santhosh Sivan from the case. It has been ordered to summon director A.R. Murugadoss and if there is prima facie evidence against him then to proceed the case with him alone.
