The controversy & allegations regarding, Lyca Productions origin is slowly coming to an end in the form of support from Seeman & Director's union head, Vikraman. Both have expressed their full support to Vijay - Murugadoss movie and cleared the air, at least for the time being. Vikraman mentioned that, the makers are Tamil people only and dismissed all the baseless rumors.

Meanwhile, Seeman has re-injected his ambitious project 'Pagalavan' which was supposed to be Vijay's movie in the past. For some unknown reasons, Vijay backed off from the project and it went to Jayam Ravi. Now STR has shown deep interests to act, and Lyca productions is all set to bankroll this venture. The insiders say that, it is Murugadoss, who spoke on behalf of Seeman to get this project finalized from Lyca productions.
