Kathir ecstatic after receiving award from Kamal Haasan

Among the younger heroes, Kathir has been showing his mettle in every movie he is doing and many have felt that he deserved the National Award for Best Actor for his stunning performance in 'Pariyerum Perumal' directed by Maari Selvaraj and produced by Pa. Ranjith.

Kathir received the Promising Star Award from Kamal Haasan at the India Retail Excellence. He shared his ecstasy stating "This is a blessing & proud moment to receive the Promising Star Award from our star #Ulaganayagan @ikamalhaasan Sir!! Thank u India Retail Excellence for the Honour.

Kathir is currently playing a pivotal role Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' which is releasing on Diwali 2019 and also has 'Jada' and 'Sarbath' in various stages of production.
