After Jigarthanda producer decided to postpone the release date of the movie from July end to August 1, the movies which were fixed with August 1 release had no other option than to delay. VIP which starred Dhanush opened to rave reviews raking up more than 20 crore the first weekend itself and is expected to increase the screenings and occupancy even more. Quoting this to media the maker of the movie actor cum director Parthiban said that they have pushes KTVI to an indefinite date.
