Kate Middleton is highly annoying due to the rumors that some conspiracy theories started regarding her slow recovery from the surge of the abdominal muscles that she had to do almost a year ago.

According to reports, the 42-year-old wife underwent the surgical procedure in January. Since the internet has been filled with rumors speculating where she could be, the Duchess has stayed out of the limelight. Towards swatting the rumors, Middleton and Willam apparently were seen in efforts at a farm shop in Windsor on March 18 in efforts by Kensington Palace.

The Daily Beast reported that Middleton was so keen to be seen at the farmer's market, especially after the Mother's Day photo debacle, because she needed to be seen to reassure the public in general of her good health.

However, despite the outing, some of Middle's fans still had doubts about whether the woman in the film was Middleton. An insider bemoans the difficulty of fighting such lame theories assigned to the couple.

Royal expert Grant Harrold admitted it was probably palace officials who organized the Duchess' public outing in order to allay fears. A friend pointed out the duo's desire to guard their privacy in the hustle and bustle. The famously reclusive Mother's Day photograph, released on March 10, was supposed to thrust the couple back into the spotlight after Photoshop gaffes forced a retraction.
