Kartik Aaryan has an interesting line-up of films awaitingrelease and the reports about his next projects have already started doing rounds. If things go as planned, the actor might be paired up with a fresh face for his upcoming project. Actress Tripit Dimri, who is known by her work in 'Laila Majnu', has been approached to star in Sharan Sharma's untitled project. The film is rumoured to have Kartik Aaryan on board.

Kartik is supposed to play a cricketer in the film. Opposed to what might be speculated, the film will follow a fictional story instead of being a biopic. Director Sharan Sharma has previously directed Janhvi Kapoor's debut film, 'Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl'. Tripti is currently busy filming 'Qala' alongside Irrfan's son, Babil Khan. The film is bankrolled by Anushka Sharma.

Kartik Aaryan who was recently tested negative for Covid-19 after couple of weeks of isolation has 'Bhool Bhulaiya 2' under production and he's awaiting the release of his thriller flick 'Dhamaka'.
