Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon made a cute and adorable couple in the romantic comedy film 'Luka Chuppi'. Buzz suggests that the duo will share screen again and this time, it will be for the remake of a popular Southern film. The 2020 film 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' was a huge hit on the box office and like every other popular Southern film, this one is also being planned for a Hindi remake.

The project was supposed to go on floors by June but since that could not happen, makers are hoping to start the film by November. The role offered to Kriti was originally played by Pooja Hegde while Kartik Aaryan's character was originally played by Allu Arjun. The film will be directed by Rohit Dhawan and it'll be bankrolled by Allu Arvind, Aman Gill and S Radha Krishna.

Apart from this Kriti also has films like 'Bachchan Pandey', 'Adipurush' and 'Bhediya' in the pipeline while Kartik Aaryan has 'Bhool Bhulaiya 2', 'Dhamaka' and several other films under production.
