Karthikeya’s new movie launched

Arjun Jandhyala is the director of Karthikeya’s next film.  The actor debuted with ‘Rx 100’ a few months ago. The movie, jointly produced by Anil Kadiyala and Tirumal Reddy, was launched today.

At the launch event today in Hyderabad, the script was handed over by SP Balasubrahmanyam to the hero.  Boyapati Srinu gave the clap for the first shot. Speaking on the occasion, SPB said that he attended the event because of his fondness for the producers.

Boyapati said, “Arjun, who has worked under me for 12 years, is like my younger brother.  He has got a lot of talent.”  Arjun Jandhyala described Boyapati as his guru and brother.  “If this project has fructified this fast, it’s because of Karthikeya,” he added. 

Karthikeya said, “I have listened to a lot of stories after ‘Rx 100’ became a hit.  This is the best of all the stories that I have heard.”

The event today saw the attendance of DVV Danayya, Miriyala Ravindar Reddy, Praveen and others.  The film will have music by Chaitanya Bharadwaj.  Cinematography is by Ram.  Art direction is by Jayam Sekhar.
