Chiyaan Vikram and Dhruv Vikram are coming together for the first time in Karthik Subburaj directorial 'Mahaan' bankrolled by Lalit Kumar under the banner of Seven Screen Studio. The film owes sky-high inception among the fans as the real-life father and son duo are locking horns with each other on-screen.
The ace director has wrapped up the entire shooting of Mahaan real quick and the post-production works are progressing at a brisk phase now. The latest update is that Chiyaan and Dhruv have finished dubbing for the movie. Karthik Subburaj took to his Twitter to share that the film's dubbing is completely over.
Sharing a picture of the father-son duo from the dubbing session, the filmmaker wrote, "#Mahaan Dubbing Done #ChiyaanVikram #DhruvVikram." Reportedly, Dhruv is playing the role of a police officer named 'Dada' and Chiyaan is headlining the role of a gangster called 'Mahaan'. The first look reels and the single song became a viral hit.
Mahaan is speculated to skip theatres and digitally release on the streaming giant Amazon Prime Video. However, an official confirmation in this regard is awaited. The film also stars Simran, Vani Bhojan, Bobby Simha and Sananth in pivotal roles. Santhosh Narayanan is scoring music for the film and Shreyaas Krishna cranks the camera.
