Exciting updates on Karthick Naren's 'Naragasooran'

Karthick Naren is one director who captivated audiences with his very first movie ‘Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru’. Upon the announcement of his second movie titled ‘Naragasooran’, fan excitement has been on a perpetual rise.
In a recent exclusive interview to Indiaglitz, the young director has disclosed interesting and exciting facts about his much anticipated movie 'Naragasooran'.
Karthick states that he was able to complete shooting for the movie in a short span of just 41 days becuse the movie was shot almost surrounding a single location. It is also notable that he was appreciated by the film’s bankroller and ace director Gautham Vasudev Menon.
The director also revealed another interesting fact that initially the team were looking to cast Telugu star Naga Chaitanya as a character demanded a ‘newly-wed’ look. However Karthick selected Sundeep for the role as the former was busy with his own wedding.
Karthick also stated that the film will have no songs. When questioned on this subject, the director said that the situations in the story didn’t demand a song and so the film will have only spine chilling background score.
The filmmaker also clarified that there will not be any crossovers from 'D16' as many thought however there might be a similar motive involved in ‘Naragasooran’ as well.
The post production works for the film is in full swing with the dubbing expected to be completed within 2 weeks. The team has planned to release the trailer for the film in the first week of January and the film in coming February.
‘Naragasooran’ has an ensemble cast of Arvind Samy, Shriya Saran, Aathmika and Sundeep Kishan. Ron Ethan Yohanhas composed the music score for the film and cinematographer Sujith Sarang has lensed the movie. Stay tuned to Indiaglitz for the latest entertainment updates.
