Karthi in 'Vikram' mode in upcoming movie - DEETS

Karthi, one of the most bankable leading heroes in Tamil cinema has his hands full with movies of different genres. He is known for alternating between pure commercial cinema and experimentational ones. Now there is a report that the busy star has lent his voice for the film of one of his close friends and contemporaries.
According to reliable sources Karthi's voice over will be heard in the upcoming 'Mark Antony' directed by Aadhik Ravichandran. Earlier Karthi's lent his voice for Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' reprising his role as Dilli from Lokesh Kanagaraj's 'Kaithi'. The film stars Vishal, S.J. Suryah, Selvaraghavan, Abinaya, Ritu Varma and Sunil. Music is by G.V. Prakash Kumar while Vinod Kumar is producing the scifi gangster flick under his banner Mini Studios.
It is worth mentioning that in recent times Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan did voiceover for Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan' and 'Ponniyin Selvan 2'. Vijay Sethupathi did it for a handful of films that include 'Action', 'Kadaseela Biryani' and the most recent 'Maaveeran' starring Sivakarthikeyan which has turned out to be a blockbuster hit. It will be interesting to see what innovation Karthi will bring through his voice for 'Mark Antony'.
Karthi's upcoming Diwali release is going to be 'Japan' directed by Raju Murugan which is said to be based on the life of a notorious jewel thief of Tamil Nadu. He is currently shooting for 'Vaa Vaathiyare' directed by Nalan Kumarasamy and will soon begin 'Sardar 2' and 'Kaithi 2'.
