The excitement of Beast and KGF 2 clash is on peek, following this, the latest report states that Karthi’s upcoming film ‘Sardar’ will be clashing with Sivakarthikeyan’s next ‘SK 20’ at the box office, as both the movies are reportedly scheduled to release in theatres on August 12.

‘Sardar’ featuring Karthi is directed by PS Mithran and the film has Raashi Khanna, and, Rajisha Vijayan among others in its cast. Karthi will be playing a dual role in the film. It is one of the important big films of Tamil cinema this year and it has long been shooting and has now moved into post-production.

On the other hand, Sivakarthikeyan’s next film with director Anudeep is tentatively titled ‘SK 20’. This is a bilingual film that will be simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. This is the first film of Sivakarthikeyan that will be released in Telugu. The film has Sivakarthikeyan, Maria Ryoboshapka, Sathyaraj, Naveen Polishetty, and Premgi Amaran in lead roles. The shooting of the film is currently progressing in Tamil Nadu.
